2. Data Controller

The data controller is Izabella Balint, an individual residing in Romania. You may contact us through the in-app support option.

We collect only data necessary to provide the App's functionality.

a) Account Information

When you sign in using Google:

• Name and profile photo (if provided by Google)
• Account creation and login timestamps

b) User Content

• Pet profiles (name, species, etc.)
• Health records, notes, reminders, and related content

c) Technical & Diagnostic Data (only with your consent)

• Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)
• Usage data (Firebase Analytics)
• Device type, OS version, app version

d) What We Do NOT Collect

• Location data
• Contacts or address book
• Payment information
• Biometric data
• Data from other apps

We limit data collection strictly to what is necessary to provide the App.

4. How We Collect Data

We collect data:

6. Data Storage & Security

All data is associated with your authenticated account and stored using Firebase services. Local storage may be used only for temporary caching.

• restricted access controls

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your Google account. No system is completely secure.

7. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed outside the EEA, including in the United States. Transfers are safeguarded using:

8. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Google AdMob for ads in the free tier

AdMob may process limited device and contextual data, even when ads are non-personalized. Where required by law, we request consent before enabling advertising features.

9. Analytics & Crash Reporting

We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics only with your consent. Data is aggregated and processed in a way that does not directly identify you. You can enable or disable this at any time in Settings.

10. Advertising

The free version may display ads via Google AdMob. Ads are configured as non-personalized by default. Premium users do not see ads.

11. Data Retention

We retain data:

• while your account is active
• until deletion is requested

After deletion:

• data is removed within 30 days
• backup copies may persist temporarily

Crash logs are deleted after a limited period.

You may exercise these rights via in-app support. You may also file a complaint with your Data Protection Authority.

13. Children

The App is not intended for users under 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

The App depends on third-party infrastructure (e.g., Firebase). We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by these providers.
